1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be purchased directly from our website, https://muffyskincare.com.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover return shipping fees and issue a full refund.
